A signed contract is all that is required to reserve a date for your event. No deposits or advanced payments are required. Please contact us to give us the specific details of your event (date, time, location, your name or name of your organization, and mailing address or fax number) and we will promptly mail or fax your contract. You will be contacted after your signed contract is received to confirm your reservation.
